In the first instance, you and I will have a Discovery Call.
This will provide an opportunity for me to learn more about your business, understand what’s working well, where you’re trying to get to, the challenges you’re facing and how I can help you to overcome them.
After the Discovery Call, I will prepare an outline of various service offerings most relevant to you. During the Proposal Meeting, I will present these options for your consideration. Together, we will tailor the services to meet your exact needs.
By the end of the meeting, you will have a clear understanding of my commitment to you, the onboarding process, and how we will measure success.
I will follow through on our plan by delivering excellent services and tracking the outcomes we agreed.
I will provide you with training by video of any software that you want to use. For example, the QuickBooks mobile app.
I will provide you with plain-English, easy to understand, narrative summaries of the financial performance and position of your business, where applicable.
Our interactions will be as frictionless as possible. For example, we will use secure e-signature technology to save you having to download-print-sign-scan-attach-email documents back to me.
As agreed up front, I will arrange regular check-ins with you. This will provide us with an opportunity to discuss how your business is doing and how it could be strengthened. We will also discuss the extent to which my services are meeting your needs and consider whether any refinement would be beneficial to you.
